Lives here for years, pretty good value for what you get, needs some updates inside like the dishwasher and refrigerator, but for the price it's not bad, good pool and grill area, only drawbacks are there's no gate so people come in and out easily and people park here without a pass on the vehicle and some people living here arent oj the lease and some apartments have people subleasing or too many people in one apartment and too many trucks, they gave us passes years ago but now it's not enforced so there are several cars th... read more

I lived at Defoors Ridge Apartments and was very happy my entire time there. Leasing office manager was very professional and always worked to solve any issues that I experienced during my leasing term. The property was well kept...
