My wife and I had an excellent experience working with Adam and Tony from DeFino. Their understanding of the local market and the players involved was a huge advantage in buying the house we wanted. On top of that, their guidance in negotiating the best deal saved us thousands of dollars. A+, especially if you're looking in the Wyckoff, Franklin Lakes and Ridgewood area.

Loved their presentation and professionalism on initial encounters....visit to home and market analyst presentation. Had to reach out multiple times for assist with septic issues and got none. Thought we would receive guidance..none. Felt that they lost interest very quickly and after sale was finalized never heard a word..... ie thanks for the business, thanks for the check owed for commission——-since we barely spoke the entire process.
