I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I called to schedule a “free consultation,” and they asked for my credit card in advance. I was told it would only be charged if I canceled. When I arrived, the stylist was 25 minutes late but was kind and explained everything. I asked for 125 grams and 22 inches, and she said it would take 5 hours at $200 per hour. Had a Saturday, 9:25am appointment. I was sent an email and text confirmation and reminder of the appointment. I showed up at 9:25, and the salon was closed. Signage stated that they should be open at 9am. I waited about twenty minutes, nobody showed. Tried calling and nobody answered, the machine repeated that the salon opens at 9:00am on Saturdays.

I had an appointment on April 27th at 2:15. I received a confirmation the day before. When I arrived the salon was closed. Another lady and I were left standing on the sidewalk when we both had separate events that evening. We both found other salons by walking around Fed. Hill. I would never recommend this place.
