I have been going to Definitely You Spa for years and it has always been a great experience. I called in last minute for a same-day booking and was given a few options. Booking in with Karry-Lyne, she took me in right away at my appointment time, she was thorough, fast and friendly. She even took note of my unfortunate choice of pants today (lululemon leggings) and made sure that I had enough powder and lotion that I wouldn't be struggling getting them on after the leg wax. I was a customer since 4 years and today staff made a mistake in booking appointment. I received a call from cookie saying I missed my appointment so I will have to pay double price. I refused as I specifically asked for Saturday any time. Her staff saw timing availability for Friday instead of Saturday and booked me for Friday instead of Saturday.
