I was a customer since 4 years and today staff made a mistake in booking appointment. I received a call from cookie saying I missed my appointment so I will have to pay double price. I refused as I specifically asked for Saturday any time. Her staff saw timing availability for Friday instead of Saturday and booked me for Friday instead of Saturday. In and out! An efficient service. Although I do recommend booking via phone as the online system failed and when I showed up they didn't have me booked and I had to return a few days later
