This is a low quality “spa.” Cookie makes this place horrible and her sheep staff just fall in line. If you are 5 minutes late for your appointment, they won’t take you and you will still be charged for the whole appointment I would recommend Body Sense Esthetics on Central Ave. At Body Sense Esthetics, they are fast, friendly and extremely professional. And their building is so modern and clean. Very nice place
This is my regular place to get waxed. Stuff is amazing
This is the only place I will go... love Cookie and the girls. They make me feel very relaxed after a visit there.
I want to give a huge shout out to the amazing staff especially Cookie for making my first waxing experience go from me being nervous to leaving with a huge smile and booking my next appointment!!! I never experienced customer care like I did today from anywhere else and she was quick!!! Highly recommend!!!!🧡
