Hana, her Field Mgr, Minook, and their work team did an excellent job on the roofing installation for our home. From start (dealing with the insurance company) to finish (double checking the final job and cleanup), Definite Construction demonstrated advocacy for the homeowner, clear communication, organization and a high degree of professionalism. Definite Construction definitely did an outstanding job with our roof. They handled all estimates and insurance matters which made it very easy for us. The job was completed in a timely manner and all clean up was done each day. They coordinated our roof with the replacement of damaged gutters and handled all aspects of that job also. When our rain cap came off, they sent someone out to secure it without extra change. This is a quality, reliable company.
Hana and her team did a stellar job on my new roof. They were prompt in their initial evaluation of the roof and took a lot of pictures which helped explain what needed to be done. They were able to follow the timeline from permit pulling, to material delivery, to installation. The cost seemed reasonable when comparing quotes and I’m happy with the outcome. I’d recommend definite construction to anyone looking for roofing work.
Update from my last post.. The owner came by and checked out the damage. She sent a guy to fix it the next day. Thank you very much we finally can use our patio door now!
I rarely complain about bad services but this is an exception! They worked on our roof last year during spring and one of their workers fell off the roof with his ladder, ofcourse we checked on him immediately; he was fine and wasn't hurt it was a first level roof thankfully. However, the after effects of the fall were evident on our patio wall and doors.
