Defining Lines always provides excellent service, highly recommend for any need!
We hired them to do a small patio and firepit. Joe gave us a quote that was 'in the ballpark' of 2 other quotes. His professionalism and communication is what motivated us to choose them. They also came highly recommended by many of our neighbors. Although their start date was about 1 week later than he had estimated 2 months prior, he communicated this delay to me ahead of time. His team was very professional, neat and tidy and they even returned a fireplace stone cap because it had been cut poorly. I highly recommend them!
Joe is a super nice guy. If you have the pleasure of working with him, take it. He will take care of your needs. His character speaks for the work he does.
I have been working with them to complete a project that was estimated to be finished before fall of 2018. It is now mid September 2019. Half the project is finished and we now have a sand and dirt lawn with ruts. It has now been over 35 days since I was told via voicemail that they are changing plans on the project we had agreed on and that they would be by the following week to finish.
