Initially Joe was responsive, even after a knee surgery. Josh, his employee he sent out to look at the scope of the work was timely and professional. Defining Lines always provides excellent service, highly recommend for any need!
We hired them to do a small patio and firepit. Joe gave us a quote that was 'in the ballpark' of 2 other quotes. His professionalism and communication is what motivated us to choose them. They also came highly recommended by many of our neighbors. Although their start date was about 1 week later than he had estimated 2 months prior, he communicated this delay to me ahead of time. His team was very professional, neat and tidy and they even returned a fireplace stone cap because it had been cut poorly. I highly recommend them!
