Stopped by for a pedicure and let me just say they did not disappoint! For starters, THEY ANSWER THE PHONE unlike most shops around Gonzales. Like someone else said in the comments, they listen to you and they don’t rush. They still have their protective shields up at every station….I LOVE THAT! I haven’t spent over $28 on a pedicure in a long time but guess what it was worth the price of $35! I would rather spend more for quality customer service any day of the week. Loved them and my nails looked great! The people here listen to me. They don't ignore you like Tim's nails. LOVED MY EXPERIENCE AT DEFINED NAILS. I wish they did eyebrows!
This was my 1st visit in but I will definitely be back. I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails and Pam did a phenomenal job! She listened and gave me exactly what I wanted! Thanks Pam!
