I love Defined Fitness, I’ve been attending this gym since it opened in Rio Rancho. I’m frustrated because we have an amazing Water Aerobics instructor Shereesa Alt. I’ve attended her classes for well over 10 yrs. My issue is, when they lose instructors Rio Rancho (both locations) have to be the superficial lambs and lose our prize possession to Bosque. It isn’t fair. DF has other locations in Albuquerque to pick from. Do better. Treat her like the gem she is
I'm a new member at defined fitness, and becoming a new member you get a free consultation. I waited a about a week for my trainer meeting. And at the last minute, the trainer canceled the meeting with me. He said he had another meeting I guess that was more important than me. So I reschedules for another consultation, and the trainer kept the appointment so I sat down with a trainer his name is Andrew. He began to ask me personal questions like where I worked at.
