Was here, along with 10 or so others last Saturday June 7 at 5:30 am but nobody showed up to open. This has happened multiple times on a Saturday or Sunday since the gym first opened in 2022. After posting this review, gym responded quickly acknowledging the problem and will try to do better. Update.. Sunday Aug 17, 5:45am.. again no one to open… this isn’t hard.. Kind of confused why no one is ever here to open the gym on time. You guys hiked up prices but can't find someone reliable to open on time? And it's not like a couple minutes it's like 40 minutes late. Musics always loud and it's never clean.
They keep raising the membership dues yet certain areas of the club are pretty filthy. Worst of all, and randomly, no one will show up to open the gym. You could be waiting minutes. You could be waiting hours. This morning, I have been waiting for over an hour. Huge waste of time and very frustrating. I’ll call other locations asking if they can help or contact someone who can, and I always get the same response: there’s nothing we can do. Horrible. Hours at this location are always a struggle, especially opening up on the weekends. They need to have someone accountable that will be here on time. They were supposed to open at 5:30 today and I’m still here waiting… for as much as you charge every month you don’t really value your member’s time.
