Went to this Defined today after a 6 month absence (was going to a different gym), and was disappointed in the conditions at this location. Multiple machines off-limits due to needing repairs, various equipment where the seat material was split & cracked, foam covers on gym equipment handles were missing. This was not a vibe. Will check back on this location in another 6 months to see if conditions have improved.

I would highly suggest packing hand sanitizer as the restroom sinks almost never have soap. Also, equipment maintenance is very poor at this location. Several machines out of service on any given day. Gym used to be nice, but the “Newest” reviews are a fair representation of the gym’s current state/management.

Machines are always broken, and I’m not talking about one or two, Sometimes 6 at the same time. Pool and hot tub works for a few months and closed half of the year. They close at 5+ on the weekends. 😩. Looking for other options, I will post pictures to prove it even a video if I can. The Staff is very nice, very friendly. There was another one but someone took of the sign

Used to love going to this gym but lately there has been a lot of permanently broken equipment. Also the afternoon sun coming through the glass windows is super hot. I wish they had ceiling fans or shades like in other gyms.

I lowered my review of this defined Fitness, because they have many Machines that are not working and haven’t been for a couple months now. The hot tub was closed for a while and now the pool has been closed for at least a month and it is undetermined when it will open. I go to planet fitness now, because all the machines are working really well.
