Good little gym. Has all the high end equipment needed to get a great workout. Goos trainers and nice members too.
Great place. If you want to make progress you will. Has a free week for new people. All body types and level of fitness welcome.
The only place I will work out. Customized workouts to your abilities and strength.
I LOVE IT! It's not easy, and I'm new at it, but I feel GREAT afterward! Great attention from the trainers, Tommy and Jason. They push, but make it fun too!
