As always, Brooklyn does a great job. Not only are all the staff lovely and have great customer service, they are good at what they do. I’ve been coming here since 2016, I drive down from Ottawa for appointments, and have never had a bad experience. Worth it every time. Thanks!
I had such a great first experience here! They were complimentary with coffee and water and super nice! Erin is a great stylist who took my hair from blonde to straight black! In some areas, my hair didn’t take fully so I was offered a free fixture and blowout plus she even found random toys for me to take home to mg kids to play with! I love the vibes and would definitely come back!!
Have really enjoyed my experience every time I’ve come here- Amrit have me one of my fave blowouts so far !!

I love going to Define Hair Design, and I love having my hair cut by Marisa. I am always happy with her work, and she is always very skilled at determining what cut would look best on me depending on the length and my expectations. Whenever I leave, I feel so beautiful! I recommend her work and Define Hair Design to everyone I know.
