This was my first visit to Define Hair Design and it was an amazing experience! I had my hair done by Sophie, who took the time to really understand what I was looking for. She was so patient and thorough, walking me through all the options for cut and colour, and clearly explaining the maintenance for each — so I knew exactly what to expect for follow-ups. I come to this salon to see my girl Ella — she kills it every time! I’ve never loved a salon experience more. She always knows exactly what my hair needs. She just did my first ever balayage and absolutely nailed it. I’ve never gotten so many compliments on my hair! I left feeling so confident and seriously obsessed with the new look. Ella is the best — super talented, so easy to talk to, and always makes sure you leave happy. If you’re thinking about switching things up, go see her!
I love this salon. Everyone is always smiling and very helpful. My stylist Brooklyn doesn’t rush and always does an outstanding job. I used to dread going to the salon and now I like going. Highly recommend!
