I will never go anywhere else for cycling. This place is absolutely amazing. Between both Emilys and Ashley Hunt (my queen), the instructors are unmatched. I first started cycling after spending two years with severe back pain, and through cycling, I was able to gain so much stability. My back pain has eased up so much, and the instructors know everyone by name. They are always willing to encourage you. I had Emily Benson for my first ride ever and just knew I was right at home. Excellent and focused classes. Taken Spin and bounce class and can say it is a very respectful and courteous environment. Claire and Katie are amazing bounce instructors.

I would absolutely recommend Define Studio to anyone looking for a new fitness studio. I got to take a class from Emmy McCoy and cannot speak highly enough of my experience. I’ve been out of the fitness world since having my second baby and she made me feel so welcome, seen, and gave modifications that were challenging, yet reachable. She also took the time after class to walk me through a few exercises that will help build the stability that I need to be successful in other movements. AMAZING! joined my roommate for Athletic Barre with Brooke and it was great! the energy is great. the atmosphere is great. the workout is great! Brooke came up to me and gave me a little rundown of the studio and what to expect during the workout. throughout the class, she went around and help us with our posture and positioning. would highly recommend and cannot wait to go back!
