Had a great experience renting a 6-seater golf cart from Defiance, big thank you to Ian for his flexibility and clear communication. We were able to have the cart delivered on short notice, it was fully charged and in great condition, and it was picked up the next day without us needing to be present
This has by far one of my most positive experiences with a mid to larger company. The knowledge, equipment, professionalism and operations of a large company yet they still manage to hold onto the personable, kid and respectful nature of a small business. I’ve dealt with the company a couple times now and they never failed to impress. I bring my equipment 2 hours to defiance because I find it worth every minute of my time.
