I can't begin to explain how disappointed I was with the customer care. Poor communication, rude interactions, and minimally effective treatments. I actually am paying a second place for the treatments I've already been billed for at Matrix because I don't care to go back again. Really poor quality business.
I highly recommend this procedure. I noticed results after the first procedure, tighter fresh skin with a glow. Far quicker healing time than a chemical peel. Tiffany performs the procedure and she is amazing, she’s professional with a super warm personality. You won’t regret having this series of treatments!
The snore treatment was amazing. I sleep so much better now. No more waking up gasping for air . Also had a ugly scar removed from my arm. Will go back for any future treatments !
