I contacted Deffenbaugh Real Estate in July 2024 to have an appraisal done of my residence in preparation of appealing my Beaver County Property Assessment. Leslie Champ showed up on time and conducted the appraisal. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Had Leslie work with me on an appraisal to help settle an estate. Everything went great. Texted me the day before to remind me of our appointment, and was there right on time. The appraisal didn't take long and had my report in my email in less than 24 hours. Very friendly, highly recommend!
