We booked this resort for 3 nights and on the final night, 2 people walked into our room while we were there. They had keys to get in. Acted like they could not speak English and said they were housekeeping. When I called the front desk, it was closed - I had to call the after hours number. The after hours number confirmed that they were not housekeeping. Said they would call the management and police and call me back. 24 hours later, I have not heard from anyone. SHADY!!!! Never available. Made payments for maintenance on December 9, 2016 and my home resort cannot find those payments on July 5, 2017. 7 months later. Also assessment fees for renovations, asked resort and they do not show my payments. Whom is not funding whom. ??
