Always an issue with rent not going through, lived here for two years and the garage door still hasn’t been fixed, our heater was broken all of December and February dk they brought us heaters which just upped the electric bill for me. yet they have upped the rent by $1000 in the last 2 years. Horrible horrible renting experience. Hope they find enough renters for $2,750 a month smh. Cheney bro..

This property does not deserve even one star. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! This property changed management companies multiple times during my one year lease. Absolutely no communication, and no one in a higher up position will get back to you if you are having issues. They have no problem leaving you with unresolved issues, like broken a/c units in the dead of summer, yes this actually happened. There are much better places to live, trust me.

I was shown 2 apts and she said she'd do the app for me since I didn't have access to internet right then. I had to keep calling to find out when we could do it. When I finally reached her, she said she had another one available in Airway Heights she thought would be better for me. I met her there, agreed it was a better fit for me and applied directly through her. She never contacted me again, after getting all of my information. After weeks of no responses AT ALL, I finally sent her a text stating I wouldn't rent from her.... read more
