Friendly over the phone and in person. The associate they sent out was unable to remove the 23 mm nut that held the weather seal on my rear wiper assembly. I had to run to the store to purchase the 23 mm deep well socket $15 and use my air hammer to remove it. Alternatively I'd have been left with an unfinished job and the full bill.
Defender auto glass was able to come the very next day, give me a 2 hour window of time for when to expect them, and they were right on time. The change out was quick and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!
