Defend Pest Control was great to work with. Ed was highly responsive to communication, both via calls and texts. He was sensitive to the needs of our pets (and made best friends with one of our cats), and was very thorough in his treatment. Ed shared details about all of the products he used, and provided recommendations for products, should we want to utilize on our own. Ed is my mouse man! The first time I met him was in 2019. Ed treated my home for mice in the morning I SWEAR I never seen another mouse since. In August 2024 they started building a house 2 lots away from me. In December I saw only one mouse called Ed at Defend Pest control he was here next day. Guess what all clear since.
