When we called, we got an immediate answer. We have had an ongoing problem with ants for the last couple years, the guy came out the same day we called and was great. They had lots of options, I didnt have to have ongoing service or a contract but I choose too to make sure the ants remained gone but I can also cancel anytime without penalty.
