COMMITTED, BUT NO SHOW OR NO DATE COMMITTED. KEPT SAYING THEY WANTED THE JOB THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE SUMMER. UNTRUSTWORTHY. I called every other week. DeFazio worked miracles in our backyard. That sounds like a stretch but our backyard was a swamp. With two larger dogs, this was untenable to say the least. DeFazio came out and guided us through removing trees, adding grading, moving sprinklers, and installing drainage that nailed the problem. They even helped navigate our city's ridiculous permit process, switching course due to an overzealous City Engineer, but still coming up with a process that worked for our overall goals. DeFazio Company is knowledgeable, dependable and well priced in its installation and maintenance of their lawn sprinkler systems. I have recommended them to many of my neighbors.
We asked DeFazio to winterize our sprinkler system this year. They are easy to reach, and easy to schedule. Darryl arrived as scheduled and blew out the system efficiently. He answered my questions. and made a few suggestions. Thank you. We will definitely continue with DeFazio.
