Excellent service. The best I’ve ever had in a beauty establishment. Both ladies in Columbus were very genuinely friendly it seemed. Other businesses need to learn from them lol. I didn’t feel like they were only being nice to sell products. The tech was as gentle as she could be. I’m surprised they weren’t super busy but it was probably because of the time of day (around noon on a Friday). I didn’t even have to wait. The prices are amazing considering the quality of service.
