Excellent service. The best I’ve ever had in a beauty establishment. Both ladies in Columbus were very genuinely friendly it seemed. Other businesses need to learn from them lol. I didn’t feel like they were only being nice to sell products. The tech was as gentle as she could be. So so happy to find a place that does great brow threading in Columbus. Never had a bad experience. Everyone is so kind and friendly, the service is quick, they do an amazing job, and it isn’t expensive. Highly recommend
Horrible experience they came off twice within two days when I asked for a refund they were rude
