Broke my radar wire and didn't take responsibility. I've been using Deets Mobile for 6 years and generally been satisfied with their car wash service. However, I'm writing this review so others can be aware of how they handle problems. During my last wash, their tech accidentally damaged the wire connector to my radar system. I tried Deets because their website looked professional and they offered a good promotion for first-time customers, but it was a total letdown. They changed my appointment to one hour earlier and only notified me two hours before the original time. I booked the exterior and interior service and had already tipped well in advance, but one person finished everything in under 30 minutes, even though their website says it should take 45–60 minutes. I’d give 0 stars if I could. They didn’t fully clean my car. They scratched the paint and somehow scratched the interior passenger above glove compartment. They came an hour and a half early calling me while I was at home on my lunch break to tell me they were here (my office building) where I ordered the wash (I suppose better early than late?). Great Job. Technician arrived on time and did excellent work. Our cars our clean and spotless. Much Appreciated !!
