I tried Deets because their website looked professional and they offered a good promotion for first-time customers, but it was a total letdown. They changed my appointment to one hour earlier and only notified me two hours before the original time. I’d give 0 stars if I could. They didn’t fully clean my car. They scratched the paint and somehow scratched the interior passenger above glove compartment. They came an hour and a half early calling me while I was at home on my lunch break to tell me they were here (my office building) where I ordered the wash (I suppose better early than late?). Ok service but zero accountability when issues arise. I've been using Deets Mobile for 6 years and generally been satisfied with their car wash service. However, I'm writing this review so others can be aware of how they handle problems. During my last wash, their tech accidentally damaged the wire connector to my radar system. When I brought this to management's attention, they completely denied responsibility and said "you should have brought this up sooner."
