We had requested car service after being recommended from a mutual friend. Erin, their cleaning person came to clean our car. While he was courteous, during the cleaning process he broke our Tesla Model Y mirror. Despite conversation with Virgil, and Justin - they just blamed us because there was a minor scratch on the mirror. Andrew did an amazing job on my car! I got the full interior detail along with the clay & wax detail, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It was super easy to book, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I hadn’t had my car detailed in over 3 years, and when Andrew was done, it looked brand new. Broke my radar wire and didn't take responsibility. I've been using Deets Mobile for 6 years and generally been satisfied with their car wash service. However, I'm writing this review so others can be aware of how they handle problems. During my last wash, their tech accidentally damaged the wire connector to my radar system. I tried Deets because their website looked professional and they offered a good promotion for first-time customers, but it was a total letdown. They changed my appointment to one hour earlier and only notified me two hours before the original time. I booked the exterior and interior service and had already tipped well in advance, but one person finished everything in under 30 minutes, even though their website says it should take 45–60 minutes.
