My 3 year old has a baby doll that was her big sisters. It’s her favorite doll. It’s just a cheap generic baby doll. The beads inside had spread into the dolls head, legs and arms. We brought the doll to the “doll Dr” to be fixed. We dropped her off on Friday and got the call Tuesday that she was ready to be picked up. All fixed!!! And even better then when it was brand new, 20 years ago!!! Thank you so much.
I needed a repair for my 6 year old daughters beloved doll. She absolutely loves her Vintage dolls. I bought her an American Girl Doll but she is an old soul who loves her Vintage dolls. I took her doll in to be repaired June 28th and got it back August 6th. She said it would take 2 weeks. Apparently, took much longer which I am very patient but No phone calls ever! I was looking for a special adora doll for my 6 year old granddaughter who is having cardiac surgery in July. Not only did Dees have the specific doll that my granddaughter wanted, Charlene went out of her way to get it shipped out to me to ensure that we received it before my grandaughter goes in for surgery. Thanks so much Charlene for all of your help. I wish your store was located here in Florida!
