Everything went well when I went in to trade cars. I had talked to Wendy the day before and she had everything ready. She is very good at what she does. She is polite and just persuasive enough to help you make up your mind, but not enough to make you uncomfortable. The financing went well, also. Was able to work with Deery over the phone since I had to drive over 150 miles to get the car. All the paperwork was ready upon arrival and was out the door with the "new to me" car within 15 mins. The fastest/smoothest transaction I have ever had. Other dealerships should learn from them.
