DOES NOT OFFER EXPRESS LANE SERVICE. It is advertised that they offer an express lane online and a massive sign at the service center. Do not be fooled, they cannot and do not offer this service. I showed up at 7:29am on a Saturday for an oil change. They don’t even open until 7:30 and there were already 5 people in front of me. I’m not really upset that people showed up early, but I am not one with it being a 2.5 hour wait because I showed up before they open and it’s a 2.5 hour wait. There is nothing “express” about it.
