Our salesman, Ted Brown, was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. He is a super nice young man.
Came in for an oil change. You found a transmission oil leak but would not tell me where it was coming from. I was told to make a separate appointment to get it looked at. Also told it may or may not be warranty - I have a factory certified warranty! Service agent said he doesn't know if transmission oil leaks are part of the drivetrain warranty. Where else does transmission oil come from if not the drivetrain?? It will cost me $130 to look where the leak is coming from. Your service department needs to learn customer servic... read more
