I lived in the Bronx NY never had roaches! this place is infested with roaches, dryer dont dry we had to hang clothes around the apt. to dry it, they would just bring another used one that wont work, Ac dont Ac, brakers always going off, they had to bring in a portable ac because they could not fix the ac. only 1 ac for a 3 bedroom plus a loft. tha maintanance people dont last and they dont know much, nobody knows about hvac. on top of all that they want us to pay. we completed our lease. and payed our rent out of pocket. no... read more
Edit: I love how they respond to reviews telling you to contact them, as if I didn’t “reach out” for months trying to get my A/C fixed while I lived there. The ONLY thing boosting their reviews are the 5 star reviews coming in from people that haven’t actually moved in yet. Avoid at all costs! They are the most poorly managed property and currently in EPA Violations. The Property Manager, Tammy Martin, refuses to do her job and comply to the very terms and conditions of the lease that is presented to her residents. I have reached out to their corporate office to resolve a litany of issues to no avail. Because of her poor management and inability to resolve issues, I moved.
