The patient was my daughter who needed braces and was there for impressions and an x-ray. First of all, they never let me into the back of the office. The nurse didn't take her time to thoroughly explain the impression procedure to my daughter, how it would feel and what to do if uncomfortable or choking. Nurse overloaded the paste, and my daughter started choking. She paniked, started crying and tried to get the paste out of her mounth. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here.
