Worst staff ever!!! Trying to take me to collection for bills they told me we’re covered by my insurance!!!! When I meet with some to discuss bills they had NO idea what they were talking about, inaccurate records , kept talking in circles and threatening. That is how the girls running the office treat families of patients that had been loyal customers for nearly two decades and had ALWAYS paid their bills on time. Disgraceful and disrespectful- avoid this place like the plague!!!! ☠️☠️☠️

Dr. Billy has a wonderful chair-side manner and a very efficient staff. He was highly recommended and reasonably priced. I had a couple of teeth extracted and was surprised by the size and number of the shards of tooth material that worked their way down and through the gum slowly. I picked two out of my gums with needlenosed pliers. I don't know if that is standard but none of the extractions I had before has had this result.

Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? No Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? No

This business exchanges in balance billing. I paid them over a $400.00 copay on a given treatment and then after the fact they claimed I owed them an additional $37.00. Absolutely do not trust any price quoted by this business and do not trust that you have completed your payment obligations at the time of service, even if you have insurance. They will always try to extract more money from you after the fact. Do not use this dentist if you want up front and honest billing.
