Very good staff. Always very professional and polite
Very unhappy with making appointments. Availability for scheduling is not acceptable. I was told well there are times set aside for NEW patients that may be available we will get back to you. You mean to tell me a new patient is priority before an existing patient! Not to mention THREE of my children have been patients!
Extremely friendly orthodontists! We live almost an hour away, but didn't mind making the long trip. We never waited long for an appointment and we were always greeted with friendly smiles. We highly recommend!
Everyone at Franklin location are very friendly and professional.
