I've had a patient there for many years named Merlin. I haven't had any issues with the treatment of my dog,however today, I do not know what is wrong with their office staff. They lied to me about how many visits my pet had and then when they realized they were wrong the particular office person ( I didn't see name tags - Black hair, older woman ) did not apologize for her false information.
