Highly recommend working with Deerpath! We had such a positive experience with Deerpath Custom Builders that I genuinely feel lucky we found them. We had a vision for our renovation, but we weren’t sure how to get there. Bill and his team asked the right questions, caught details we completely missed, and helped shape the plan in a way that made sense for how our family actually uses the space. My experience with Deerpath Custom Homes was awful. The owner was the absolute downfall of this project, not only failed to build my home, did not follow plans, stole funds from the project, became hostile and unprofessional when confronted about the unfinished work, and later filed a fraudulent lien on my property despite not completing the project.
