If I could give this company less than 1 star, I would. They are non-communicative, not transparent in their dealings, totally on the defensive if you ask for a quote, or repair, then slower than a turtle with arthritis, when it comes to both getting work done & then, following up with the contractors, to make sure the work is finished. I lived there for 5-6 years as an owner in one of the low-rise buildings. Constantly infested with roaches, lowlife neighbors who throw food all over the lawn and grounds, drug dealers who come in and out at all hours, kids stomping and blasting music at all hours. One time the management team let the fire alarm go off for five days straight because they "couldn't source a battery" and scolded the tenants for constantly emailing about it. Regrettably, our experience with this service provider has been characterized by subpar service, ineffective management, and interactions with staff members who demonstrate unprofessionalism and rudeness. I advise against investing your time and financial resources in their services.
An awful condo management team. Staff are rude and defensive when you bring up an issue. Over priced condo fees that don't offer any amenities ND charge extra fees when they cant manage their budget. They simply suck!
