I think this complex looks great at first, but the income limits or minimums kill me. Im too low for market rate. But im just barely alone within the limit for income restricted, except for that I'd have to have a roommate because you dont allow a single person to live in the income restricted units. But then we would make too much unless I find a free loader to live in the 2nd bedroom.
I moved into Deerfield Village two years ago and I couldn’t be happier. This community is quiet, safe and well maintained. Whenever I’ve had a maintenance issue the professional and friendly management/maintenance staff get right on it. My favorite thing about Deerfield Village is the natural beauty. The development is expansive and a peaceful place to take a walk…my dog loves it too! There may be a waiting list, but be patient, it’s worth it!
