Awful place to live. If its this or homelessness, this wins by a very small amount. They got bought out and rent skyrockets every year, dont expect them to plow the parking lot in winter. So if you're an elderly good luck because they don't care about you.
If you’re looking to move in to Deerfield Apartments and pay $900-1400 dollars a month DON’T. Ever since the new owners JFH Property Management took over it has gone from worst to horrible ! The new landlord is never in office and she does NOT return calls. With this horrible winter, they have failed to clean roads and side walks !!! Those apartments have honestly gone downhill. The parking lot is dirty trash everywhere . I went over to visit a friend and roaches were crawling on her walls and counters. The smell of litter as soon as you walk in her building. Disgusting. Don’t recommend.
Can anything be done about the neighbors who are constantly smoking pot and stinking up the building? i mean for one it's not legal in Indiana and for two I shouldn't get out of my bathroom and smell pot when I open my door to leave my apartment and the hallway smells heavy like marijuana, for those that have said manager is nice and willing to listen and quietly get things done I'm not sure if you're exactly experiencing the same landlord, the landlord I know as well as others living here have had a lot of issues l, with la... read more
