It is interesting to read the good reviews about this place. I live here and let me tell you the landlord is not "GREAT. Reaching Cassi is a constant struggle, the scheduled she claims to have is not accurate because even when we go during office times she is not there. When you call, they don't answer or return your calls. You have to go when you see her vehicle there and its not often. Maintenance is a joke, getting things fixed around here is a constant struggle. I remember coming out here a few years ago to visit my friend. The apartments have really improved since that time. The new manager seems super nice, and the property looks upgraded and well kept. Definitely impressed with the work going on at Deerfield and hoping other places in town begin to step it up also. Kendallville needs clean places to live, thanks for being one.
We have been trying to contact the landlord or person in charge. Everyone we go during the week she is never there. We have left multiple messages and no call back. The phone they never answer. Who ever is running this place needs some training or someone who is there to HELP. will not be recommending this place to others.
WOW we have lived here almost 1 year, and what a difference a year makes. Our new office person, is absolutely the BEST. She has been so helpful with every question we have. I have been struggling with the website for rent, and Cassie said come in I will help you 🙂 and she did. They have made a big difference in our lives just by helping us figure out things we were not told when we moved in. Billy is awesome! If we need any repairs he is right on it! The changes here in the last few months is GREAT 👍 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Apartments and property are clean landlord is nice having washer and dryer in apartment is great new appliances are really nice!
