I lived at Deerfield for just over a year, and if it wasn't for finding my dream home I still would be. Anytime you rent, management is very important. They are not locally owned, but the office staff make it feel like it is. One can comment on the higher price rent, but that is unfortunately the struggle in Duluth's rental market. Deerfield is a wonderful place to live. The staff, especially, April, the property manager extremely professional and attentive.
I have lived here 11 years and I love it here I don't want to go anywhere else...!!! :-) awesome community pet friendly since I have a service dog the maintence crew is awesome and always there to help right away its care free living and I don't have to mow the lawn or have troubles in winter heated garage dishwasher garbage disposal washer and dryer I am in a three bedroom townhome awesome community center sauna swimming pool basketball court playground garbage and water is included in rent if your looking for a great aweso... read more
