I needed new tires and called around for prices. Deerfield Tire Co. had the best prices available. I went in to store and worked with Garrett. I have to say he was very nice and provided all information needed so I understood what was being done and when it would be ready. When I came back to pick up car they even gave me a rose and thanked me for my business. I love my new tires car rides better than ever. Thank you Garrett and all the guys at Deerfield Tire co. for taking good cxare of me and my car.
In 2009 I had some major work done on my car. They did a very poor job on some of the repairs and the problem resurfaced several days; I brought it to another shop to get it done properly. I returned to Firestone to request a refund for their shoddy workmanship, they refused, but did issued me a credit. I can't remember the exact amount, but it was around $100. I have been taking my family's car's to deerfield tire co for the past three years. My experiences have been outstanding and my cars have all been repaired correctly not to mention these fellows even gave me a ride 20minutes home and returned to get me .....way to go GUYS
Deerfield Tire Co took my car in, did the authorized service but broke a part in the process. I was dissapointed because they took no reponsibility for it, except to offer me a $100 discount on the labor to fix the $600 job that the break caused. Even though it was an old car, it was an old car that had working AC and a defroster when it came in. Now it has none.
