Don't move or buy here. The board members don't do anything to help out. Avoid building 5 especially. It is right behind an obnoxious CrossFit gym that blasts music all the time from 5:00 a.m. in the morning all the way until the deep night. They've been taken to court before and have lost but still continue. Also in building 5 there are obnoxious neighbors that blast music loud and if you contact the hoa president Georg or Roseanne they will either ignore you or tell you that it is the residents right to blast music loud. A nice and clean complex. The area looks well-maintained. The staff is great. I liked the green area and the trees around the area. The complex has a pool and meeting hall. a small gym, sauna, bike racks, BBQ grills, and laundry room. Everything is well-kept. It is a pet-friendly building. I believe the complex has one to two-bedroom condos. This area is comfortable. It is less than 2 miles in distance from the beach. It is close to US1 where you will find plenty of restaurants, banks, and markets. It's a nice spot.
