deerfield estates has become a frist class dump the staff are all highly rude and treat all residents as trash in write ups over pitty useless nonsense that has nothing to do in rules . plus are always in use of their favorite card in acts of bulling threats of dragging residents into court over none late rent payments and everything else too . this rental bussiness needs tobo shut down by the state of michigan for total fraud
