I went to look at a home to buy as an option because this park is off I 75 an a less than 20 minute drive from Taylor. I was shown a very nice home with a new roof and skirting across from the office under 60,000. The park was clean and it seemed quiet when I was there. It's also by the water which I love.
Love this park , I have lived here over 20 years now ! And I am very happy living here!
Nice quiet neighborhood. Maintained well. No hoodlums and riff raff. Empty lots available.
