C.Garcia the property manager is very unprofessional, very argumentative, she has to get the last word and she's rude. She represents a company that only cares about getting the money and not assisting with the needs of fixing the property and ensuring a safe community for all. This is a drug infested, low income community and it shows. Gang members hang out in front of the buildings smoking weed, cursing and fighting. They should have someone running that office the way it should be they had a good maintenance guy they let him go for no reason at all, my place still look the same nasty carpet nasty walls the vent hasn’t been cleaned it like years and the Spanish lady will talk about you underneath her breath, very disrespectful i don’t go in the office anymore, I live a restful live now.
Excellent job by the maintenance crew.
