Don’t Rent here! Maintenance sucks! I been without ac/ heat for a whole year! I have been begging for someone to come fix it even in extreme temperatures I was told by the property manger Ms. Garcia told me that If was her she would be in a hotel as in to rub in my face that she will not be in no urgent to fix the issue. On top of when the maintenance came to place a window unit in my apartment they place it incorrect which lead to flooding on my carpet that they still haven’t came to check out, which will cause molding soon... read more
