I have lived here for almost 5 years and I've never really had an issue with anything. The communication here is really good and the apartment is so spacious and beautiful for the price. (It is affordable housing so income matters.) The walls are a bit thin and you can actually hear conversations next door if talking too loud or it's quiet but usually my neighbors are respectful of the hours...and if they aren't just let someone know. Love this place very beautiful
It took me about two years to write this review I’ve lived here for two years. I love it. There are certain things that I do not like. It’s rent controlled you can’t get the price of this place anywhere in the state. Jamie is very accommodating to those that keep the place right. They do give a lot of ten day notices to cure and it’s jarring for people who need the home for a place to live. I don’t have kids but if I did I’d be very anxious leaving them here alone.
