Just seen some broad tantruming outside of a liquor store because they sold someone alcohol. Get on telemed immediately
Just tried to make an appointment for my son, but would not even consider because it would have been self pay...hope a person who doesn't have insurance doesn't need serious help because this company won't help them.. Was extremely disappointed..
The clinicians are competent and caring, but the office has NO follow-through. They don't return phone calls, either from patients or from pharmacies needing more information to fill Rx. These delays, which we experienced repeatedly, were so bad that I finally gave up working with them. Now I'm out several hundred dollars with nothing to show for it, but the added stress and anxiety of working with an organization like this just wasn't worth it.
