The staffs are always available and responsible to questions. Michelle and Tracy are very friendly and thoughtful, make my move in process very easy!
After the raving reviews on this complex I was very optimistic in finding a place for my family member who needed a place to live. The management is completely unresponsive — they ignore phone calls, don’t return voicemails, and act like communicating with potential residents is a chore. Danny the apartment maintenance guy is so reliable and always fix things around the apartment. He had done a lot of fixing in our unit and it always turns out great!
My wife and I are looking to downsize and Deerfield Apartments seemed to be a great fit for our needs. We went to the office to get more information and were warmly greeted by Jennifer and Nicole. They were so knowledgeable ,friendly , and answered all of our questions thoroughly. They showed us the display and we were very impressed with the size and layout.
