Definitely one of the best apartment complexes that I have ever lived in. Jasmine in the office is great and quick to respond. Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly. No issues with mold or property damage here. They shovel the walkways when it snows. The only issue we have is with some tenants not picking up after their dogs, but there are always going to be idiots like that everywhere.

Don't let the small amount of reviews fool you. We've lived here almost 2 years, and have never experienced the couple other reviews mention. Jasmine in the office is awesome, and she works her butt off! She has had to work off site due to covid. Nice apartments, nice courtyard, overall very friendly tenants, a lot of families, and the property is always well taken care of. We have to upsize due to our growing family, and love it so much we are hopeful to find a vacancy here!
Besides the management not being onsite often, I didn’t have a single issue. Neighbors were quiet, friendly. Only complaint is if you have a dog , don’t move here they don’t do any research into who’s not cleaning up after them they just blame every one
