OH MY GOD, OH OH MY GOD....I've only been here 4 days and the office management has changed, nothing is fixed, wall socket is burnt, patio door doesn't open and close properly (fire department man says it's a fire hazard) and I've had to patch up some of the holes in the walls myself because there is only 1 man to fix things for this whole property complex. Do the PROPERTY OWNERS really care????? I don't think so.
My refrigerator went out on a Friday. I called the emergency number they have and was told that wasn’t an emergency and had to wait until Monday. All of my food had spoiled and they told me they wasn’t reimbursing me for it.
