Lucy was super nice we loved the property ❤️ 😍 hopefully we will be in there soon it's in a great spot and literally a 2 min walk to my work.
Detomian arrived soon after we told the office of the corrections needed. He assessed the situation and came right back with the necessary materials and did the jobs. Good guy, good service.
I met with Lucy, the leasing manager, and what a pleasant experience! Very welcoming and friendly. Took her time with me to view the community and answer my questions. Even took the time to give me additional information about their sister properties that may be more accommodating to me. I would definitely recommend Deercross and BRG Properties! Thank you! It's definitely something that I haven't been experiencing with other apartment communities.
Audra did an excellent job giving me a tour of the complex, answering all of my questions and helping me find the perfect apartment!
Poor communication between staff and residence. Rent is absurd for the amenities that you get. During the snowy winter season, there is no assistance with shoveling the snow. No form of security cameras around the property, which made it an easy target for recent car break-ins. I know that BRG can do better with communication, I shouldn’t have to find out that rent went up at last minute with no notification.
