We recently moved in and have had a positive experience so far. The apartment feels updated and well maintained, and the view is nice. The staff have been friendly and helpful whenever we’ve had questions, and we’re looking forward to a good experience living here.
I stayed at deercross parkway apartment for 3 years and then left the apartment. While leaving the apartment someone from leasing office came for the inspections and said that don’t stress out yourself much for cleaning, anyways we are going to renovate the apartment. Still I cleaned the apartment and no items were left in the apartment. but there were some minor kitchen smoke spots which they said should be fine and they will not charge anything for it.
