Lucy was the absolute best! Very customer service oriented, helpful and knowledgeable regarding my questions about apartments. Great conversation, great property. Thank you 😊 for the experience. I look forward to one day in future claiming this property as my home. Keep smiling Lucy😁
D did a great job fixing my dishwasher. Very timely and professional, no mess left behind and everything is working perfectly. Thanks so much D!! 😌 and Lucy for being so amazing through the entire move in process Update: I've been here for over a year, the office staff is wonderful and this is one of my favorite properties I have ever lived at! Lucy is a great representation of BRG and has always taken all my work orders, and taken all of my concerns, and made sure they were completed to my satisfaction!
Efficient service and accommodating. Great staff! Well maintained complex
Morgan and everyone at Deercross made me feel welcome from the moment I walked into the door and I didn't have an appointment. Morgan gave me all the info I needed and was extremely professional. Looking forward to joining this community with this friendly staff.
