We just moved in, and it went very smoothly. Lucy and Morgan in the office are awesome! They are welcoming, friendly, and helpful! DeerCross apartments are in a great and convenient location. They are close to many restaurants and shopping, including but not limited to Kroger, Target, and the Kenwood Mall. We like having a gym and pool available, and the lake is peaceful. This really looks like a beautiful place. However, if you go there for an appointment or tour, be prepared for a very unprofessional and insincere attitude from an employee named Lucy. In my experience, instead of assisting me in a professional and respectful manner, she behaved as if she were making fun of me. She was great easy to talk to gave me all the information needed as well as made sure I understood what was being talked about about the community.
My wife and I came in for an appointment and were shown the amenities. I expressed I wanted a balcony and my wife wanted a garage port. Lucy was very accommodating and patient as we explained what we were looking for. As we were leaving she stopped and introduced us to the two other ladies in the office. All the ladies in the office were nice and respectful but she went above and beyond for us! Highly recommend this apartment complex.
