I was having an issue with my toilet and the service staff came to fix and replace it promptly. Thank you for always being there in case of emergency!
After reporting the work necessary to your wonderful, and on the job office staff, the necessary work was scheduled and completed by friendly workers. Being a former property manager before retiring, I know what it takes to keep your occupants happy. In this case, satisfaction prevails. Nice going, Deercross!
I have not lived here but I think everyone interested in this place should be aware the apartment is NOT a non-smoking building. Tenants are allowed to smoke in their apartments. The second and my biggest issues is that you are not allowed to see the apartment in person until after you have signed a lease. I have been emailing with the leasing office and asked if they at least are showing you pictures of the exact apartment you will be moving into; nope.
