I want to give a huge shoutout to Detorrian “D” for his extraordinary maintenance work in our apartment. Over the course of a week, he not only fixed a leak by replacing the pipe in the water tank closet but also returned multiple times to repair the drywall, making it look as good as new. On top of that, he patched the wall paint, fixed our bathroom light switch, and even took the time to repair the door knob. His attention to detail, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond is so appreciated. Thank you so much D!
Lucy was very nice and professional. Explained everything I needed to know. Only thing was, I wish there was a model house I could really see. But the virtual tour that she showed me, gave me a general idea of what the apartment looks like. But still would’ve been nice to be in the actual unit. Overall it was good! We are living here for almost 3 years now. Great community having lot of parking spaces, Gym, Swimming pool and a peaceful environment. Shops like Kroger, Great Clips etc. are walkable which makes very convenient for us. Amazing staff and maintenance team.
Never had any issues with the staff or long wait times on maintenance requests. Great apartment complex.
