Lucy Is outstanding.
Living here 3 going on 4 years. Every is beautiful. Great people in the office, Kroger next door (walking distance). Got my garage couldn't be more happy. And Chabad of Blue Ash across the street.
A few years ago i met Lucy through steeplechase , just so happens when i came to Deercross for a tour she was the person to help me. She is very respectful knowledgeable about the property. Any question i had she had the answer right away , she took her time and really wanted to help me and my family find a new home
Beautiful apartment complex with a pool, jacuzzi, and lots of sitting areas. Walking distance from grocery store and shopping center.
We would like to share the very disappointing experience we had at DeerCross Apartments. Last Tuesday (July 7, 2026), at around 3:30 PM, my wife and I stopped by the leasing office while we were in the area. As soon as we walked in, Lucy, who was sitting at the first desk on the left, told us that because we did not have an appointment, she could not provide us with any information.
