Applied and denied but never got a letter as to reason why. I called twice about it and yet nothing
Don't put too many things on your porch or bird feeders as the poo deteriorates the concrete. No grills allowed. Violations if your pet is too loud. Nosey neighbors that report you if you fart or god forbid have a mental problem. No second chances they lure you in all nice etc and toss you out even though I had cancer. Thanks but no thanks...lots of nice neighbors but the gossip is ridiculous and you're not allowed to have police or ambulance come down to your apartment someone always rats on you. They're very clean and mostly up to date. Strict and patio clutter and yard ornaments. Lack of availability of office hours and laundry facility hours too. Love the high ceilings and available ceiling fans. No bathtubs only showers. And the upper kitchen cabinets go way high. You'll need a 3 foot plus step ladder to access those safely. There's some other sadly off things about the new flooring. Poor workmanship. Spaces between planks here and there. Base boats trim is so so. Nice size apartments, friendly helpful staff, well light with street lights outdoor parking and patio areas.
