They are timely fixing problems with the apartments. Ive lived here for about 10 years and havent had a problem with the staff.
Yes,you do get what you pay for but unless youre desperate then I wouldnt suggest it to anyone. The owner of these apartments is cheap. He never wants to fix anything unless it reply is broken beyond repair. The landlord lady shes okay. You will have a lot of noise and will probably have to call the cops. People think this is the ghetto and not a lot of people will have respect for their neighbors. A lot of college students. You get what you pay for. Nice place for the money. Made in the early 90s. They are very quick to fix any problems.
